Hi Rebecca I just wanted to email you regarding the excellent service I have received from Jessica Donnelly regarding an issue I had with one of our wallsafes. I emailed yourselves yesterday afternoon as the batteries in the safe had finally died (after being inside the safe and working for 8 years, which is very impressive in itself!) and I had keys locked inside it which I needed to access but no key to manually unlock it. Jessica came back to me almost immediately with a solution which I tried and it worked; she is an absolute star! Hello Peter, Thank you kindly for this information. As you describe, my wife was able to open the safe without us having to have the safe opened by a locksmith or other brute force! I am extremely grateful to you for your very attentive help and that of your manager. The position we found ourselves in caused us great anxiety. Your safe has never caused me any problem (only that of my own doing) and that you have provided technical support for a purchase made over 15 years ago speaks volumes about your company. I don't know how you have done it but what a fantastic company you have.  I recently had occasion to speak with your support department, specifically "Allison Hughes".  I'm 60 and I have spoken with many a support or so called customer care department but none as fantastic as Allison at Phoenix.  She was pleasant helpful but most of all she was wanting to help me.  Not just sign post me to a web site or some other help file.  A real human to do a real job and excelling at it.  Whatever you have done to create a team like this please bottle it and send me a pint 🙂 I'll only ever by Phoenix safes from now on and I'll make sure that I tell my friends.  Please feel free to use this testimonial anywhere you want.

The delivery team were polite, swift and efficient. They were very clear in their instructions on how to use the safe and gave a demonstration along with a warning about where the reset button is. Very happy with the service.

My wife incurred a problem with our safe this morning which she found very stressful. I was not sure what to do so I took the details from the safe and contacted your business in Liverpool. I rang the number and pressed option 3 and spoke to a lady called Alison. I have to say the way Alison spoke to me and how she explained how she could help was first class. My wife called her back and followed her instructions and to cut a long story short Alison helped to solve the problem and we now have a safe we can open and close. Many people are too quick to criticise so I think it only right that when someone excels in what they do then we should tell them so.
